Any information that You provide to Us, or that We collect from You through Your use of the Services, which are located at https://myrecordflow.com (“Website”), the desktop, browser, iOS, and Android applications (the “App(s)”). The Website and the Apps are offered subject to Your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Terms of Use and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Website, or in the Apps by Company (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Privacy Policy before using the Services.

Highlights from this Privacy Policy include:

§  We do not sell Your Personally Identifying Information and only share it with any third parties that are necessary for providing the Services, for example, payment processors.

§  Certain RecordFLOW features collect Your geolocation. Collection of this information is only while You are using the Services, and geolocation is not enabled when You are not using the Services.

§  The data You submit to Our Services including, but not limited to, mapping points, mapping lines, mapping polygons, pictures, notes, water level readings, etc., belong to You and/or Your organization, depending on the type of User account. We do not sell this data, nor do We disclose to any third parties, unless We are legally compelled to do so.

1.             Services, Website, and App Users. Company collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each User request. Company’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand better how Company’s Users use its Services, Website, and Apps.

2.             Personally Identifying Information. Personally Identifying Information (“PII”) means information such as Your first name, middle initial or name, last name, e-mail address, street address, mailing address if different, town or city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth, credit card information, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, organization, and any other information that would allow someone to identify You or contact You.
